Privacy policy
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you, on purpose. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletters and no analytics tools that follow you around the web. The server, like every web server, writes a technical log of each request (IP address, date and time, page and browser) to keep the site secure and to find faults; those logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
If you write to us, we keep your email only for as long as it takes to deal with it.
Camera players
- YouTube livestreams load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only once you press play. From then on, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
- Windy, ipcamlive and the other players load from their own services when you open them, under their own policies.
- Video streams and still images from town halls, marinas and broadcasters are requested by your browser from their servers, which see your IP address as with any website.
Advertising
The site may be funded by Google AdSense. If ads are switched on, Google and its partners may use cookies to choose the ads and measure them, as explained in Google's advertising technologies page. In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland this only happens with your consent, given through a Google-certified message, which you can change at any time. See the cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to info@webcamsspain.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection agency (AEPD) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.
