Harbour and marina webcams in Spain
Some of the most useful cameras on the Spanish coast do not point at a beach at all. They look over a marina, a fishing port or a cruise quay, and from there they show the sea itself: whether the water at the harbour mouth is flat or breaking, which way the boats are swinging on their moorings, whether the ferry has come in.

Who watches a harbour camera
Sailors and anyone with a boat trip booked use them to judge the wind and the swell before leaving the berth. Surfers and windsurfers check the sea outside the breakwater. Cruise passengers look at the quay at Palma, Mahón or Arrecife to see which ships are in. And plenty of people simply like the scene: masts, fishing boats unloading in the morning, the evening walk along the quayside.
The harbours on this site
In the Balearics there is the natural harbour of Mahón, one of the largest in the Mediterranean, the port and cathedral of Palma, the marina at Alcúdia and the little ports of Cala Ratjada and Cala Bona. On the mainland the list runs from Roses, L'Escala, Llafranc and Blanes on the Costa Brava to the working fishing harbours of Cambrils, Torredembarra and L'Ametlla de Mar, and Dénia and Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. In the Canaries, Arrecife's cruise quay, Marina Rubicón at Playa Blanca, Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria and Amarilla Golf marina in Tenerife.
Part of the resort
Each harbour camera sits on the page of its town, next to the beach and promenade cameras, because that is where people look for it. This page simply gathers the towns where a harbour or marina is part of the view.
