Guardamar del Segura Town Council live cams
The town council of Guardamar del Segura, Alicante, which streams a live view from its castle hill on YouTube.
The Ayuntamiento de Guardamar del Segura is the town council of Guardamar, a seaside municipality of about 18,500 people on the southern Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante, at the mouth of the River Segura. Its territory includes about 11 km of beaches and the pine forest planted on the dunes at the turn of the 20th century, and its old town grew up around the castle until the earthquake of 1829.
The council streams several live cameras on its official YouTube channel, which is linked from its website and allows the videos to be embedded on other pages. On this site we show the one from the viewpoint on the castle hill, which looks east over the rooftops of the town to the Mediterranean, with the edge of the pine woods on the left. The words "Mirador Castillo" and the date and time are printed on the picture. Other council cameras show streets and squares in the town centre; we only include the view that shows the coast. The YouTube player on this site only loads when you press play.
