Baqueira-Beret live cams
Spain's largest ski resort, in the Val d'Aran, which publishes high-resolution still photos and 360-degree panoramas of its three sectors.
Baqueira-Beret is the largest ski resort in Spain, in the Val d'Aran and the Àneu valleys, in the Catalan Pyrenees. It opened in December 1964 in the municipality of Naut Aran, and today its slopes run from about 1,500 m to 2,610 m, with more than 160 km of marked pistes in three sectors: Baqueira, above the resort village; Beret, with its open, rolling slopes; and Bonaigua, on the far side of the Bonaigua pass.
The resort publishes its own webcams on its website, covering all three sectors. Five are still cameras that publish a large, high-resolution photo stamped with the time, at points such as the lower slopes above Baqueira 1500, the top of the Blanhiblar chairlift at Beret and the base of La Peülla at 1,900 m. Three more are 360-degree panoramas made by Roundshot, a Swiss camera system, which you can turn with your mouse or finger to look all around: one on the Teso, high above Baqueira, one at Blanhiblar and one over Bonaigua.
As they belong to the resort and stand at its lifts and on its ridges, they are the most direct way to see the snow, the cloud and the queues before heading up, and in summer the high pastures and walking routes. They are shown here as Baqueira-Beret publishes them, with a link to its webcam page.
