Government of La Rioja (SOS Rioja) live cams

The regional government of La Rioja, whose news portal publishes about twenty still webcams of towns across the region under its SOS Rioja emergency service.

The Government of La Rioja is the regional government of the autonomous community of La Rioja, the smallest region of mainland Spain, with its seat in Logroño. Its news portal publishes a page of webcams with about twenty cameras spread across the region, from the vineyards of the Rioja Alta to the hills of the Cameros and the Ebro valley around Alfaro. The pictures carry the logo of SOS Rioja, the region's 112 emergency service, and each is labelled with the name of the place and stamped with the date and time. Several stand on hilltops or water tanks, so they give wide views of the towns and the land around them, and they help to check fog, snow and storms anywhere in La Rioja.

On this site we show the cameras of Logroño, Haro, Ezcaray, Santo Domingo de la Calzada and Alfaro, credited to the Government of La Rioja with a link to its webcam page. Views that only show a road, open fields or radio masts are left out. They are still images, not video: the refresh button brings the latest one. Windy republishes several of the same views as time-lapses of the last 24 hours, which appear beside them. The government's environment department also runs a camera beside a stork's nest on the collegiate church of San Miguel in Alfaro, which we show through Windy.
