Hotel Jardines de Nivaria live cams

Hotel Jardines de Nivaria is a five-star hotel on the seafront of Costa Adeje, in the south-west of Tenerife, with direct access to Playa de Fañabé. It belongs to Adrián Hoteles, a Tenerife hotel company with several properties in Costa Adeje, among them the Roca Nivaria at Playa Paraíso, whose webcam also appears on this site. The hotel was redesigned in 2016 and its rooms renovated in 2025; as its name suggests, it is built around gardens, with palms and free-form pools running down towards the promenade.

Its webcam, streamed through ipcamlive, is mounted high on the building and shows the hotel's name and the date and time on the picture. It looks south-west over the pools and gardens to the sea: the breakwaters and dark sand of Fañabé beach on the left and the open Atlantic beyond. Most of the frame is the hotel, so it is above all a view of the weather and the light over Costa Adeje, of the sea in the distance and of how busy the pool terraces are.
