Nieve León (San Isidro) live cams
The ski brand of the provincial council of León, which runs San Isidro and publishes a camera over its Cebolledo sector.
Nieve León is the brand under which the Diputación de León, the provincial council, runs its two ski resorts, San Isidro and Leitariegos. San Isidro opened in 1974 on the pass of the same name, on the border between León and Asturias, and spreads over four connected sectors, Requejines, Riopinos, Cebolledo and Salencias-La Raya, in the municipalities of Puebla de Lillo and Valdelugueros. It has about 27 km of alpine runs between roughly 1,500 m and 2,050 m, one of the largest ski areas in the Cantabrian Mountains.
The resort publishes a still camera on its website, nieveleonsanisidro.com, pointing up the Cebolledo sector from above the base: a chairlift station with the blue Nieve León sign, a covered conveyor for beginners and the pistes climbing to a ridge of limestone crags. It is a still image, not video: the refresh button brings the latest one. The same picture is published on Windy, which keeps a time-lapse of the day, shown on the same page.
