Tamarindos Peñíscola live cams
A family-run holiday apartment complex on Peñíscola's North Beach, with a live webcam over the seafront promenade.
Tamarindos is a holiday apartment complex on Playa Norte in Peñíscola, run by the same family since it began. Its own history page tells how the project started in the mid-1970s, after Manuel Palau Añó died in a diving accident near the castle of Peñíscola in 1975 and his widow, Amparo Rambla, turned a plan for a family villa into a business. The first ten apartments, today's Zone A, were built at the end of the 1970s, when the seafront promenade that now links Benicarló with the castle did not yet exist.
The complex now has several zones of apartments, swimming pools, a bar and restaurant and activities for families, and it publishes a live webcam on its website. The camera looks across the palm-lined promenade of Playa Norte to the sea, with the castle rock on the horizon, and streams through IPCamLive.
On this site it is the second live camera of Peñíscola, followed by the 24-hour time-lapse of the same view on Windy. The video loads only when you press play. If the camera stops for a while, the site detects it automatically and shows it as not broadcasting.
