Valdezcaray live cams
La Rioja's ski resort above Ezcaray, with four still cameras from the upper bowl down to the access road.
Valdezcaray is the ski resort of La Rioja, in the Sierra de la Demanda above the town of Ezcaray, on the north and west slopes of San Lorenzo, at 2,271 m the highest mountain in the region. It has about 22 km of runs between roughly 1,530 m and 2,125 m, served by six chairlifts, and it is a family resort with no hotels on the mountain: visitors stay in Ezcaray, 13 km below.
The resort publishes four still cameras on its website, each picture stamped with the date and time and labelled with the name of the spot. On this site we show all four: the upper bowl towards Salegares and Tubos with the summit ridge behind; Llano Rehoyo, the beginners' area with its chairlift station; Colocobia, a lower lift base with a view out over the valleys; and the last hairpins of the access road with the car park. Together they cover the resort from the top of the lifts to the drive up. They are still images, not video: the refresh button brings the latest one. Windy republishes the same views as time-lapses.
